A 3 week tournament:

Game starts on Midnight, September 8th, ends on September 29th, 2008
If the game is not over by Midnight, Sept 29th, be prepared for a one week sudden death tournament.

Some Rules and Qualifications:

To qualify to play:

• You must be 18 years old or above please!
• You must live and work in the 5 boroughs of NYC .
  
• You have to be available late at night, in the cover of darkness, on either Sept 6th or Sept 7th to pick up your assignments in person.
• You must be physically able to make at least one kill attempt per week. That means going out and actually trying to smoke someone. Just stalking and giving up does not count as an attempt. So if you need to run some business trips out of town for a few days is fine. But if you need to be going for a whole week during the game, then you would be disqualified.
• Please, nobody who still lives with their mamas.

Safe Zones:

• The square city block where you work.
• Buses and bus stops
• Inside bars (not restaurants with bars, ONLY bars)
• No parking lot ANYWHERE is safe, unless you work at a parking lot (ex: you are a parking lot attendent). The parking lot on the block of your office is not safe.

Team Play

• You may sign up as a lone assassin, or as a team of up to five members to hunt and assassinate together. While there is definite advantages to being in a team, be warned that there is no "I" in team, and stupid teammates COULD cause you your life. So pick wisely.

Weapons:

• Water gun handguns
• Water balloons
• Super Soakers
• Any Other Water-Based Weapon that is conceptually similar to the above

Kills:

• 1 hit kills.
